What sort of academic incidence and laziness for the head of state and his government to blindly and shamelessly plagiarise somebody's speech! I didn't know that we still have leaders who are such crazy and lazy so to speak. The new president of Ghana did exactly this. Listen to his speech. It speaks volume visa-a-vis such blatant plagiarism committed by the head of state. The year 2016 saw two new president committing this offence. The wife of the US's president-elect, Donald Trump, Melanie did exactly the same by plagiarising Michelle Obama's speech. Shame on you all!
